These facilities and the processes that run them are
subjected to surprise audits by various clients and their own third-party
compliance teams throughout the year – financial, medical, legal, and
governmental records are co-located in our secure records centers. Upon
entering these facilities and the vaults within them, visitors are not able to
identify the owners of individual records – only the databases that mange the
facilities are capable of directing those who seek the files to their location
– in this way, an added level of security protects client material.
